Vtg 80s blue skirt & matching top w/ unique buttons - Handmade

Vintage 1980s era royal blue elastic waist midi skirt and matching half sleeve button front blouse. There are no tags as this is a handmade set, but the fabric is a soft washable cotton blend. Fabric features white and red squares. Big, eye-catching metal buttons down the front of the shirt. In good condition. No flaws. Size Extra Large. No stretch in the fabric, but lots in the waistband. Top - Bust 48" Length 20" Skirt - Waist 32" Length 27" High quality, unique handmade set! Would also be a fun, less traditional outfit for the 4th of July.
