Vtg 80s royal blue short sleeve maxi dress - SL Fashions brand

Vintage 1980s era primary blue dress with all the 80s charm! Pleated sleeves, wide lace bib style collar, shoulder pads, and statement buttons. Fitted waistband with elastic in the back. Maxi length pleated skirt. Long back zipper. In excellent condition. No flaws. Tag says Size 16. Fits like a modern Size Medium, 8 or 10.
