Vtg 90s Judy Knapp Fully Fringed Yoke Black Blazer Cowgirl Style USA size M

Very unique fitted blazer from the 90s. Decorative buttons and shoulder pads. It seems to run generous enough in the shoulders (almost oversized), but the waist is very nipped in so please check the measurements if you want to button it. It is actually really cute worn unbuttoned though, it fits me fine if I wear it that way and Im a 36B bust. I posted a photo of me wearing it so you can see what I mean.
