Maximum and minimum waist measurements please?

That is dependent on how tight you lace it. Mannequin is a 26" waist as shown. I do not think this would look good proportionately on a waist size above 28" It is labeled S. I suggest going to the Shirley Website and looking at the measurements they give for S in their sizing as a reliable guideline. If in the range they list for the size it will work for you.
