Vtg 90's Yard Sculpture Metal Banner Figure Holder ADJUSTABLE 4th July Uncle Sam

This is vintage 90's yard decor and very adaptable for other holidays! Black metal frame is adjustable (great for storage!) and with adjustable arms to boot is versatiile for other figures/seasons.Independence Day Uncle Sam decor is from '98 and made of padded/durable nylon. It is wipeable and probably washable, too. He has a few marks from age etc, but nothing earth shattering. There is hook and loop attached to his hands if you want to just hang him inside (there's also a loop to hang him from in back of his hat). Great for the classroom! These are not easy to find items! I will dismantle the one screw to reduce height on frame and cut shipping costs. It's super easy to put back together.
