Vtg 90s bright blue tiered skirt

Vintage 1990s era light blue, double layer, long boho prairie skirt. Elastic waist, soft cotton lining. There are no tags, but it is machine washable. In great condition. No flaws. Size XL, fits approximately size 14. There is stretch in the waist but not much in the fabric. Waist 34" Length 31" *Note, the color in the dress form photos is true to life. The last two photos didn't come across as bright as they really are.
