Vtg 90s chain & cheetah print dress w/ smocking

Vintage early 1990s era stretch summer dress. Bright blue, white, and yellow/gold print has chains, locks, and animal print. Loose short sleeves, square neckline, smocked elastic chest area. There are no tags but the fabric is slinky, stretchy, and machine washable. In good condition. No flaws. Size Small. Bust stretches from 26" - 34" Length 45"
