Vtg Albert Paul black velvet pencil skirt, 26w

Soft, lux black velvet straight skirt, size 6, by Albert Paul. No fabric tag, but feels like silk or rayon velvet, lined. A useful piece for upcoming holidays. Has a few marks on the velvet, one tiny whiteish dot, and few marks around waistband, including a very light button imprint from storage. Presents beautifully, not very noticeable when worn with a jacket. Measurements: Waist: 26" (measure 13" across, but also note skirt is lined) Hips: 37" Length: 27"
