Carol Halmy Hand Made Porcelain Half Moon Shaped Buckle & Gray Cord Belt Gorgeous piece!!!!  If you don't like the cord belt then you can use the buckle only. approximately 28”long; from one end of the belt to the other; gorgeous colors of gray, purple & green & has a slight metallic look to it.   NOTE:  All in great condition except one of the cords is stretched out a bit.
