Vtg Cream Bow-Tie Blouse

Darling little cream colored vintage blouse. 1950’s or 1960’s. Plastic gem-cut buttons, pull-through floral necktie detail. Upturned sleeve cuffs and waist darts on front and back. Slightly translucent. Final button seems melted? I received it this way. Tiny red mark on right shoulder, shown. Measurements taken flat. Pit to pit: 19.5” Waist: 16” Shoulder to hem: 20” Cuff: 10” circumference
