Vtg Creative Touch 100 percent silk beaded blouse.

This beautiful vtg Creative Touch blouse is beaded and made in India. From what I can tell the beads are all intact and there's not damage. The background color is cream with cream and gold beading. It has a back zipper and shoulder pads. There is no size tag and it does say to spot clean. It measures 26 inches from the shoulder to the hem and 21 inches pit to pit. box 14
