This gorgeous vintage black velvet pullover long sleeve turtleneck (slight cowl-neck) top looks new and is in excellent condition! It’s super comfy with a loose fit silhouette and side vents so wear it in, out or belted. This top feels luxurious. It’s not crunchy or thin as some velvet can be.
