Vintage Express Campagnie Internationale Mini Skirt Flowy Floral Chiffon Tan Black Size P (Small). This was one of my favorite skirts to wear in the 90's. Pair with tights, chunky boots and a cardigan during the transitional seasons. Side zip and button closure. Light weight and semi shear. Double layers. Back part of waist is elastic. 100% Polyester. Made in Macau. Laid flat measurements: Waist 12'' (can be stretched); Length 19''. Excellent vintage condition.
