The perfect handmade dress for a tall person. This dress is well-made, fully lined, great details. It has a high waist, back zipper. The cotton fabric is a soft chambray cotton in a medium/dark blue denim color. The white embroidery and insets really make it unique. The last photo shows some white areas of stretching, just beginning to almost fray on the empire bust seam. These measurements are taken with the dress laying flat. Because of the trim at the bottom you wouldn't want to have to hem it.
