Vtg Girls Scout Leader Uniform Dress 1960s or 70s size 14

This Girl Scout Leader dress is in excellent vintage condition. Tag says size 14 and I would guess it fits a modern size 10-12. The only condition issue is a small mark on the inside of the collar that can't be seen when the dress is worn-see pic. This could easily be styled as a vintage non Scout dress as well. shoulder to hem is approx 37" pit to pit is approx 21" hip is about 42" all the way around I took these measurements quickly while on mannequin. If you are serious about purchase I can lay flat and do more precise measurements. ETA: Was admiring how cool this is when I noticed two small discolorations or stains. Please see last two pics. You can also see some minor fading on garment that is probably from ironing. This is still an amazing vintage piece. These issues are not very noticeable when dress is on mannequin, but if you place the dress flat under bright lights they are easier to spot.
