Vtg Guatamalan Quetzal Bird Pin Brooch Silver Gold

Size: 7/8" long x approx. 1/2" wide (at widest point) Condition: Excellent Material: .900 Silver and Gold Care: Gently Hand Polish Adorable little Quetzal bird pin features the Guatamalan national bird. Piece appears to be hand cut and chased and is marked Guatamala and 900 on the back. Research shows the wing to be most likely 10k gold - it may be plated or a gold wash. It is an estate piece and vintage, but I am unsure as to the exact year.
