Vtg Handmade Open Jacket Crazy Quilt Embellished Denim Patchwork Sequin OOAK A one of a kind open front black denim jacket embellished with panels/patches containing beads, sequins, and metallic thread. Each panel or patch is done in the crazy quilt style and separated by hand sewn yellow colored piping. The entire cluster of patches in the front and back are framed with purple satin ribbon that also accents the cuffs. Golden color piping also runs the perimeter of the jacket. You can see from the stitching and how the patches are applied, that this is all done by hand. Someone took great care in making this one of a kind jacket. So colorful, bold, unique and blingy!! Overall excellent condition with normal wear for an item of this age. There is some wear in fabric at the hem, piping separating each panel and some of the panel fabric itself. There is also dark discoloration on the purple part of 1 cuff. Please see the last 4 pictures for examples.
