Vintage Howard HIisch Dress Sleeveless Empire Waist A-Line V Front Tiered Handkerchief Hem Back Zipper No size tag: (Approx Measurements) Bust: 32" Hips 44" Jersey Knit, No fabric tags, just says hand wash. The back zipper needs pressing, seems to gap at waist.
