Rare Vintage J Crew Polo Green Label Preppy Made in USA Blue Turquoise Men's Pique Large Two Tone 80s This preppy shirt was one my husband wore back in the late 80s when JCrew was the brand that we all wanted! It is in good vintage/used condition. The two tones of blue/turquoise make it special and very attractive. The collar has a bit of yellowing inside the neck and there are some small dark spots on the stomach. Not easy to see unless looking carefully. I have included pictures. The shirt is made of pique cotton. Pique is a fabric often used for polo shirts. It's a knitted weave which produces a texture that appears raised and patterned. Polos with this fabric are durable, have dimension and texture and tend not to show sweat as much as other types of fabric.
