Up for sale is a vintage Jessica Howard by Mitchell Rodbell Dress in Size 14. The dress has a button down front with an elastic waist and belted at the waist. The skirt is full and has side pockets. The Dress has a royal navy-blue background with large Red Tulips and foliage all over. The original size tag information is missing, but this is slightly larger than the other Jessica Howard dress we also have for sale. This is in pre-owned used condition with minimal wear.
