black and white draped and layered 1980s Jo Hanna York by Joan Davis blouse very cool vibe to this blouse with timeless features. made in USA polyester. size tag is missing it is loose fitting so it could fit a variety of sizes from small to l/xl approximate measurements taken flat: bust (armpit to armpit) 23 inches length 27 inches shoulder width seam to seam 16 inches sleeve length from armpit to sleeve hem 19 inches flaw: it looks like shoulder pads were removed and there is fraying of material on the interior where the pads were, shown in last pic
