Vtg Lady Carol Green and Black Dress w/Belt

This is a darling dress with a lovely abstract pattern in vivid green and black. The skirt is pleated, the waist is elastic. The rubric is very light and flowing, an additional piece of black fabric is on the inside of the bodice for modesty purposes, the fabric is nearly shear. It is in beautiful condition, no stains, rips, or loose threads. The belt is a bit stiff, otherwise it is in perfect condition.
