Vintage Les Bernard Sterling Silver and Gemstone Brooch | Modernist Kidney Shaped Biomorphic Design | Signed and Marked Sterling This beautiful Les Bernard brooch is a stunning vintage piece that features a large teardrop shaped stone in a bezel setting. I used the Presidium Gem Tester II and determined that the stone is not glass or crystal but it is not as high as topaz. It may be a clear tourmaline or a CZ. My gemstone knowledge is limited. The brooch is unpolished to allow for options. This piece came from a fabulous and extensive jewelry collection in a Hollywood estate. Measurements:  2 5/8" W x 1 1/8" W x 1/2" D ~22.4g Condition:  Good vintage (unpolished) condition with some fine scratches and wear consistent with age. The pin is straight and the clasp is in good working order. Normal wear for age. Please see all photos.
