Vintage womens Malia Honolulu Hawaiian ruffle maxi floral dress, size 12. Bright red with floral pattern in white, blue, green, and yellow. White floral crochet lace accents. Elasticized at shoulders, zips at back. At the smallest point (where there is a seam and the pattern changes), it is 15 inches flat across. 4 inches below that, it flares out to approx 24 inches flat across.
