Vtg Home Made Mid Century Little Girls Blue Coat with amazing Clipper Ship Buttons.  I do not know the size of the coat or if it will fit your child.  Measures 14" straight across chest (pit to pit), 12.5" across waist, 23" in length, sleeve from shoulder seam 14", sleeve from center of upper back 19", shoulder seam to shoulder seam 13".  Measured while flat and unstretched.  No size tag.  In the bright studio lights I could see some dark marks on the coat but the marks were not visible to me in natural light.  Stitching inside on the lining appears to be a little pulled - see photos
