Vtg Mid-Century Set Queen Art Modern Pewter & Cobalt Blue Decanter w/ 10 Glasses

This rare vintage 1940’s-50’s mid century modern decanter and glasses set is absolutely gorgeous. Featuring cobalt blue glass with pewter accents it is a show stopper. The decanter has a wonderful embossed ship on the front and features pinched glass sides making it easy to handle and pour. The inner neck has a ground glass finish and the cork stopper was professionally replaced and in excellent condition. The pewter top with cork fits snuggly in place. Each glass features a pewter base and both decanter and glasses are hallmarked by Queen Art Pewter, Brooklyn, N.Y. They attribute quality to Danish pewter and this set is masterly crafted of fine pewter. Excellent preowned condition with a little bit of wear to pewter, minor scuffs from use and age. No chips or cracks in glass. A perfect gift for any collector or perhaps nautical lover! Truly heirloom quality to pass on through the ages.
