Vintage 1970's Miss Elliette of California Smoky Blue Layered Chiffon Capelet Gown Dress Handkerchief layered skirt Ruched fitted waist Hidden Back Zip Closure with Hook/Eyes at the nape/waist Sheer capelet over fitted sleeveless bodice Fully lined Color is a pale smoky blue. They used a blue zipper Unmarked for size, use measurements. Does not have stretch. Approximate Measurements (flat, double for circumference): Length 59" Waist 13.5" Armpits 18.5" GORGEOUS DRESS. There is a bit of soiling to the back of the neck lining. Label says to handwash or dryclean after removing trimmings. I am taking this means the flower at the neckline and sewing back on. Very minor snagging to the delicate chiffon. *All used clothing items have been cleaned/laundered
