noctiferi @jamiecorstry Hi!! Absolutely and thank you so much for your interest! The waist measurement is 16in across & although there is no stretch to said measurement area, there is stretch to the material itself is the hip/thigh areas. Towards the bottom about the ruffle, there is another seam sorta like the waist, presumably to hold over all shape, that bottom seam w/out stretch measures approx 23on across. I would describe the overall fit as a mermaid midi in silhouette
