Vtg Native American Fetish Bracelet or Extension

For your consideration is this wonderful Native American 8 inch bracelet or necklace extender. The piece appears to have coral lapis shell and carved abalone for the fetish carvings. It has a spring ring class one either and hence I'm not sure what exactly it is. Measures 8 inches total length. Strong on filament or nylon. Has slight curve to the piece.
