the size label shown in your pix indicates "46" as the size. in US sizing, that is an XL or XXL. can you confirm actual size and measurements laying flat, buttoned, for pit to pit, across waist, sleeve length from outside shoulder seam, and length fron top of shoulder to hem. thanks.
