Vtg Pioneer wear sweater suede fringe leather country weatern

Vintage made in Korea. Very nice and thick but needs some TLC. Some stain treatment is needed on the leather. Needs to be dry cleaned. Otherwise in great condition. Has the vintage smell too. Not sure what size but here is what it measures Sleeves 21.5 in Length 20.5 Chest 21 in Small??
