Vtg Pleated A-Line or Full Size Skirt Size 10P

Blue and Black Plaid Has elastic waistband Not sure what era this is from, but it has a very 1950's/early 1960's retro vibe. 100% Polyester Tag says Size 10 Short/Petite. Comes up right below my knees on my 5'1 frame. I've included a photo of a stain I found on one side near the elastic waistband.
