Vtg RARE 30s/40s handmade dress

Good condition Vintage 1930s/40s handmade maroon and floral print dress No Tag for size/material. Check measurements. I think it is crepe silk or similar, but not sure. Has a little stretch. I am not a fabric expert. 28 fabric covered buttons down back. Two of the buttons have lost the fabric and some of the other buttons are discolored or with small holes. Three snaps and one hook and eye closure on left side Measurements taken flat from the back: About 45 inches long. About 15 inches shoulder to shoulder. About 20 inches pit to pit About 15 inches at the waist. About 19 inches at the hip. About 12 inches shoulder to cuff. Note cuffs appear to have a puff sleeve style. Arm hole opening about 5 inches across. Note there are some small areas of discoloration on the back from age, storage, use as shown. I have not tried to launder this item in any way. Some loose threads and one teeny hole in the right armpit area Full disclosure: this item is vintage and may have a vintage smell.
