Stunning vintage piece in pristine condition. This is a Renzo baby sweater Made in Italy. It is a soft buttery yellow color with 3 adorable Lady bugs embroidered on the front. The tag states medium but I would say this is baby size 0 to 3 mths (measurements are included). It has 4 buttons on the back. Please look over all pictures carefully before purchasing.
