The Royal Copenhagen annual, commemorative Christmas plates have been a beloved tradition around the world since 1908, when the first plate, designed by Christian Thomsen was released. Since then, a series of talented artists have designed one porcelain plate each year. The plates in this listing were designed by Kai Lange (1967-1985) and Sven Vestergaard (1986-1999).
