Beautiful rare Serge Nancel Paris long sleeve western themed 7 button hidden placket front with matching scarf missing size/fabric (silk?) tag measuring 18” ptp, 23” sleeves, 26” center back to hem with fun feather and fringe print. Scarf is 11x55 and was originally sold sep, rare to be paired with blouse. South western cowgirl boho buckaroo country western Native American Aztec tribal . I have not found this anywhere and none with a scarf, excellent vintage condition
