Based on other listings found on eBay and other sites. This tag would have been supposedly produced in the 1960's. I have no way of knowing for certain. The Petite Concept By Devon, ILGWU Union Made Black Tag. Pink with white textured speckles on an A-Line Skirt Size 10. The skirt has very faint little raised white bumps in an all over pattern. It also has 5 belt loops. Otherwise there are no other accents on this piece. For age and color it is in amazing condition. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. As a pre-owned garment small minor imperfections/flaws may possibly be observed. Waist: 30" Length waist to hem: 26" Hem: 53" All measurements are taken with no pull on fabric.
