Vintage Floral Silver Tone Overlapping Panels Stretch Belt with Oval Buckle Bright Silver Tone The belt measures 30" slack. It can stretch to 36" comfortably because the back side is stretchy. Panels are individualized for movement. Panels have intricate design pattern on them. Gently preowned, on the back side of the buckle, part of the hardware is missing and the stretch black is torn when it is taunt, see last picture.
