Vtg United Colors of Benetton Button Down Long Sleeve Blue and Brown Shirt - Slim Fit. Picked this up at a shop here in San Francisco. No tags, but I usually wear at 16.5 - 34/35. You can see from the photo this shirt is right there - sleeves fit comfortably. Neck is maybe 16", not 16.5". This is slim fit - tapered in the back.
