Leave a comment below Vera Maxwell Speed Suit Vintage size medium (my guess is she’s a size small Or 4 modern) This is a gorgeous dress but she does need repairs as she’s been hiding in the back of a closet for decades. Black bodice with cognac colored cuffs Cognac brown/orange skirt with pockets Has a VM monogram on the bodice which I haven’t seen before Has the label from the store it was purchased at Nan Duakin Philadelphia Flaws: The biggest is there’s a cut from the bottom hem. Would need to be shortened about an inch or so to fix the hem. The sides both need to be fixed and probably reinforced As there are holes where they have come apart And there is a small pin size hole in the front left bust. She will need work, but she’s one of the most unique and classy speed suits I’ve seen.
