This is a set of two spatula knives made by Wilton in Japan, one is a Flat Blade Spatula and the other an Offset blade spatula. These two pieces are used more than about any other baking tool found in the bakery by skilled bakers especially the offset blade which has many uses all across the kitchen or bakery and if you don't have one after reading this you may decide it would be great benefit to purchase one. The best part about the Offset Spatula is it is affordable, takes up very little space and can perform dozens of tasks. It's basically a thinner, more flexible butter knife made of stainless steel about the same size or maybe a couple inches longer than its own handle. Usually in blade lengths like 4.5", 8.0" or 9.0" Inches. It is called "Offset" because of the two points where the blade bends at an angle, once near the handle veering down, then again where it jutting straight to form a long flat blade surface. The rounded end of the blade ensures more gentle care around the edges and bottoms of cakes and much more pleasing swoops in the frosting when spreading it.
