venusmeetspluto @ozzizzi Hi, 14.5" across laying flat, so double that for circumference, if you measure yourself 20" from top of shoulder then measure around where that hits on you. It would be 29" doubled (its about the high hip or low waist depending on your torso length. Hope this helps!
