Vtg Y2K stretchy textured skirt

similar to the popular Y2K popcorn shirts,this is a textured stretchy skirt!! super amazing, inspired by the adorable vintagepicurean Instagrammer to purchase this since she always makes the cutest outfits with hers,but alas it doesn't flatter my body type. I was able to wear as size small but it's very stretchy. nice used condition,waist band is ever so slightly stretched out but it still has plenty of elascity and snaps back after being stretched, waist 14 in,skirt 14.5 in across but lots of stetch,36 in length
