Vtg blk/wht graphic floral tropical goth mini skt

Vintage 90s black and white tropical floral print mini skirt. Partially buttons down (5 buttons). Not much give in waist. No material tag but likely silk or rayon. Slightly sheer so would work well over leggings, tights, biking shorts or on the beach. So cute, wish it still fit me. Brand is Norton McNaughton.
