In this very rare book the good Doctor, Who advocated macrobiotic diet in the 60s and 70s writes about health effects, physiology, and recovery through diet and other means, very good condition. He wrote 320 books! Including biographies about Clara Schumann, and Gandhi. He almost died in prison during the war, and had TB as a teenager. This was published first 1973, posthumously. Not a reprint, original copy, one owner, 44 pages. Third edition 1977.
