Vtg vintage winter evening dress

long sleeve black velvet top with a sparkling black gold and cream pattern on the skirt ,this beautiful vintage 70's 60's piece is in very good condition and I paid a pretty pe ny for it 😊 sad to part with it but I never really wore it hoping it goes to another loving home 🏡 look at the measurements it's listed as a size 14 but it's vintage so probably more like a 10 or 12
