Vintage 1970s double knit polyester belted sleeveless maxi dress by Puritan Forever Young. Pastel Blue double knit polyester bodice with v neck and cloth covered button details. White double knit polyester skirt with multicolor yellow green and blue flowers including forget me not and daisies. Belted at the waist with matching pastel blue attached sash. Excellent vintage condition. There is one small spot on the skit that is shows and a few loose stitches at the bust. No other noted flaws. No size tag. Fits most like a size large.
