Vtg 70s polyester maroon shirtwaist dress

Vintage 70s polyester knit maroon print dress with original belt & neck tie Neck tie is not attached to dress so could be worn as tie at waist instead of belt Good vintage condition except for all the elastic is shot in waist & cuffs / also some stitching coming out at waist as shown in picture/would be covered by belt Armpit to armpit is 22” Waist is 36” Length is 41” I’m 5’3” and a size 4 and it fits me perfectly
