Vintage Patty O'Neil Long Evening Dress Women's Size 6/7 Union Made Very good condition. No fabric tag - Dry Clean Only Black velvet with blue sparkle floral design. High scoop neck, sleeveless w/padded shoulders.  Back has a V-cut with large black satin bow and a small back center slit. The bow is pinned on one side and has a small snap on the other side to help open up the back. Also has a back zipper. Long length and a woven fabric. Questions?
