Reposhing this item I purchased from @tonsofthreads. Loved it, but ready they are too long for me. So it appears that Vuori also has small size but for tall people . I am guessing more like Pettie - is what I needed. I didn't even try them on. I purchased a pair from the actual store and could tell right away this was not my size.

@leahc85 sorry I just saw your message. According to the actual site it’s 27.5 BUT I will measure them tomorrow morning to confirm.
